Conveyor systems with long service life

We produce conveyor belts in widths from 800 to 2200 mm. The belt length and the construction can be adapted to your production process. Conveyor belts can be equipped and connected with storage containers. In case that you need larger material distributions they can be connected to a distribution system in which it is always possible to integrate additional machines and equipment for waste processing and waste treatment.

Designed for transporting heavy materials and large quantities up to a distance of 40 m; they are used to fill the sorting line of balers and mills

They are suitable for transporting medium heavy materials, mainly for transporting smaller quantities of materials up to 40 m. They can be designed as sorting or reversible conveyor belts or used as dosing conveyor belts for different types of machines (NIR separator, air separator, ballistic separator, eddy current etc.). The characteristics of rubber conveyor belts are:
Option of flat or V version
Rubber EP 215 - 400, thickness 6 - 12 mm, resistant to oil
System for rubber cleaning (external or internal scrapers)
Strong construction of support rollers
Reverse rollers are rubberized
With a built-in system that prevents material from sliding under the rubber and conveyor belt
Possibility of inclination up to 30°
Standard belt width: 600, 800,1000,1200,1400, 1800 mm
Available also in non-standard width
