The project “Digital Transformation of RIKO EKOS d.o.o.” has received funding from the European Union under the Public Call “Incentives for the Digital Transformation of SMEs (P4D 2025)”.
The goal of the operation is to implement an advanced MES system for digital production management, integrate CAD/CAM processes with the ERP system, establish quality control and traceability systems, and digitalize sales channels through a new web platform and CRM solution. The company will also introduce cybersecurity measures, enhance data management, and upgrade existing equipment.
Through this project, the company aims to improve efficiency, traceability, and security of its business processes, while strengthening its competitiveness in a digitally supported business environment.
